September 20, 2023

Introduced by Kohler India in 2013, Pecha Kucha has provided architects with a forum to share their thoughts and experiences. The Delhi Chapter was a success and hosted some of the creative people from the field of architecture and design.
Distinguished architects like Sonali Bhagwati (Designplus Associates Services Pvt. Ltd), Akshat Bhatt (Architecture Discipline), Pierre Arnaud Cassin (Ultraconfidentiel Design Pvt. Ltd), Amit Khanna (Amit Khanna Design Associates), Sudipto Ghosh (S. Ghosh and Associates) and Shivani Gupta (House of Lalittya) sparked conversations about the possibilities that lie ahead in the world of architecture.
The discussion delved into the role of architects, exploring how they contribute to creating a sustainable, inclusive, and technologically advanced architectural landscape.
Vishal Chadha, Managing Director, K&B South Asia, said, “We are thrilled to celebrate the 11th year of Pecha Kucha, a platform where creativity and visionary ideas converge, shaping the future of architecture in India and beyond.”
“Over the years, this event has ignited countless creative ideas, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in design and architecture. With Pecha Kucha, Kohler India’s commitment to fostering dialogue and innovation within the A&D community remains steadfast,” Chadha added.
The past Pecha Kucha events delved into a range of design-related topics like “Wanderlust – Creativity Inspired by Travel,” “Eves – Even to Uneven,” and “Design Now and Then.”
Inspired by the Japanese Pecha Kucha format, which involves presenting 20 slides in 20 seconds each, the event has become a fixture in cities across India, fostering connections within the architect and designer community.
