How to Return a Kohler Product (as per 7 days returns policy)
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the My Orders section and find the order that you wish to return all or part of.
3. Reasons under which a return request can be raised:
- Damaged Product received
- Defective Product received
- Missing parts/accessories in the delivered order
- Wrong product received
4. From the Order page, click the Return button next to the item you wish to return.
5. Follow the steps until you reach the Return Confirmation page.
- Select item quantity to be returned
- Select the reason for return
- Click Next button
- Upload images as per selected reason of return
4a. The damage/faulty product should be clearly visible in image
4b. Upload a clear product package image
4c. Upload a product bar code image
5 . Verify your contact information
6 . Review the return request
7 . Submit return request

Return timeline- we offer a 7 days return window for all products. Product once installed is not entitled for returns under ‘7 Days Return’ policy. It will be entertained under the standard warranty/claims policy.
