Shipping and Delivery

1. Product availability our products only in a limited number of cities and in a limited number of pin codes within those cities within India.

2. How Does the Delivery Process Work?

a. In-stock orders received by noon Indian Standard Time between Monday to Saturday will usually ship the next working day. If the order is received after 1:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time or on Sundays, or public holidays, it will usually be shipped in 2 working days. All deliveries shall be done through our third-party delivery partner.

b.Further, there may be occasions when Kohler confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Kohler will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

i. Once your order has been booked, you shall not be permitted to alter your delivery address. In case of any issues, please contact the customer care of Kohler.

ii. Items in your order may ship at different times, depending on their availability.

iii. Kohler will make every effort to process orders within due time. Kohler is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather conditions, unforeseen events, or force majeure situations. Further, delivery times are influenced by product availability, the geographic location and your shipping destination and the courier partner's time to deliver in your location.

iv. Upon purchase, you may receive your order within 7-10 business days. Nevertheless, delivery can take more than ten business days in remote areas depending on the billing address.

v. To ensure the security of purchases, Kohler may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to the distribution centre and inventory availability.

vi. Unless otherwise specified, delivery periods are estimates and should not be construed as guarantees, and KOHLER shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or failure to deliver within such periods.

vii. On the product page, please enter your default pin code in order to obtain more accurate delivery times. currently offers its products in select PIN codes and areas.

5. What is the Order status?

a) Following the dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with details of the tracking number and the delivery partner handling your order.

b) You can track the status of your package from the tracking link in order-related emails and in your account section on the website (if a user account has been created).

c) Once your order is shipped or available for pickup, we'll send you a text message that includes your order number and a link to tracking or pickup store information. You will also receive text messages on the day of delivery, and after your item has been delivered, depending upon your shipping method and courier. You may receive between 1-4 text messages per item on your order.

6. Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

We simply mean that you may have received different parts of your order from different warehouses, as opposed to your order being fulfilled from one location to another. It could also mean that the size of the shipment is higher than the acceptable limit of our delivery partner resulting in split of the shipment.

7. Shipping outside India

As of right now, Kohler does not offer international shipping.

8. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

9. I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.

10. Missing Delivery

If you are not at home when the delivery partner attempts to deliver your order, you can contact the delivery partner directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date. Despite that, if the delivery partner cannot complete the delivery or the recipient cannot accept the order two times in a row, the goods will be returned back to Kohler and refunded to the original method of payment.
