The website is an intermediary platform providing a B2C (Business to Customers) online platform for users to purchase sanitary ware and kitchen and bath products from Kohler. Users will receive confirmation with respect to the orders placed by them and will have to make payment for the same and the entire interaction is governed by the terms and conditions of this website, which the user expressly agrees to be bound by.

After the user responds, the Company will in most cases, remove his/her information from its "live" database, but residual information may remain in archives and records.
