- The No Cost EMI facility is being offered to the customers who make a purchase transaction on Kohler.co.in or the mobile site thereof (collectively, " Kohler.co.in ") using an eligible credit card issued by the above bank using EMI facility; if available on Kohler.co.in.
- The No Cost EMI facility for 3 and 6 months is funded by KICPL on all purchases worth Rs. 10,000 and above made on Kohler.co.in or the mobile site thereof (collectively, " Kohler.co.in ") using eligible credit cards. The No Cost EMI payment option can be availed using the credit card of any of the above banks on Kohler.co.in and is not available on purchases made using net banking, UPI, wallets payment methods, business, commercial or corporate cards and credit cards not mentioned above.
- Using the No Cost EMI payment option, the customers who undertake the purchase transactions on Kohler.co.in, will only pay amounts such that the total of these amounts during the EMI tenure is equal to the list price of the products as displayed on “Kohler.co.in” The customers choosing to pay with the No Cost EMI payment method will get a discount upfront equivalent to the interest to be charged by the bank for the purchase such that the total of all the EMI amounts equals the total selling price of the purchased No Cost EMI eligible products at the time of making the purchase. (at the time of making the purchase transactions). KICPL will provide amounts equivalent to the interest imposed by the banks to undertake the purchase transactions on EMI.
- The banks issuing the credit cards reserve the right to charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes on the purchase transactions undertaken on EMI which will be over and above the product price.
- Customers can add more than one item to their cart and if all the products are eligible for No Cost EMI, such customers will receive a No Cost EMI payment option on all items.
- For any eligible bank credit card, EMI for the first EMI, the interest will be calculated from the loan booking date till the payment due date. Further, the banks may charge a processing fee including GST, for every EMI or No-cost EMI transaction which will be billed in the first repayment instalment.
- The EMI facility is made available to the customers by and at the sole discretion of the banks issuing the credit cards. KICPL will not be liable for any claims on account of availability or non-availability of the EMI facility.
- KICPL reserves the right to stop the No Cost EMI payment option at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
- In the case of customer cancellations or returns of items purchased on No cost EMI, KICPL will facilitate the refunds as per Kohler’s refund policy KICPL may inform the Bank but it is the duty of the customer to check with the respective bank/issuer how the cancellations or refund will affect the EMI terms and of any pre-closure or interest charges levied on the customer. The Final decision, in this case, lies with the Bank.
- Any person using No Cost EMI payment method shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this website and the bank.
- The discount offered with the No Cost EMI payment method will under no circumstances be settled in cash.
